Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pops!

When summer is here and the weather is hot, there is no better way to beat the heat than by enjoying a refreshing home-made ice cream! Our home-made Ice Cream for this DIY is chocolate peanut butter Ice Cream. Sounds delicious, right!! It is easy and fun to make, plus this it doesn’t require much time!
Things you will need to make this happen:

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 12 chocolate peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 6 ounces (about 3/4 cup) peanut butter
  • 6 ounces (about 3/4 cup) melted chocolate
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 8 five-ounce paper cups
  • 8 Popsicle sticks

Start by spooning you chopped peanuts into the bottom of a paper cup, then add scoop of vanilla Ice Cream on top of it.
After that move to the melted chocolate and nudge it toward the sides so it’s an even layer. Add some more peanuts!
Now, it’s time for another round of Ice Cream then add a scoop of peanut butter and smooth it into an even layer.
It’s time for the last layer but this time using chopped chocolate peanut butter cups then one last scoop of Ice Cream.
The last step is sticking a Popsicle stick into your cups and put them in the fridge to freeze!
