DIY : Garlic Cheese Bread

When I suddenly get hungry and I’m too lazy to cook any meal , I tend to make this appetizer that doesn’t take more than 20 mns to be ready inspired from savorysweetlife

You will need:

  • 1 Baguette ( Horizontally cut in half)
  • 8 TBSP butter softened
  • 4-6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1-1.5 cup of any shredded cheese
  • 2 TBSP fresh parsley(optional)

Start by preheating the oven to 400°

Place the baguette halves on a cookie sheet with the cut side up.

In a small bowl , mix butter and garlic and spread evenly on both up sides of the baguette.

Press the garlic butter with a spoon so that tiny pieces of garlic are pushed into the air pockets of bread.

Bake bread for 15mns and remove them. Afterwards, change the oven setting to high boil.

Sprinkle cheese over the halves of the bread and put it back in the oven for 1mn until cheese has completely melted.

Remove carefully from oven and slice it diagonally

Fast & Tasty , Enjoy!
