Potato chips are among the top snack food in the world!
After I came across this recipe on onegoodthingbyjillee I decided that from now on , I will start making my own potato chips for myself and family at home!
You will need :
- 2 potatoes
- Oil (olive , coconut , or else)
Slice 1 to 2 potatoes very thin.
Put the slices in a small bowl and drizzle with some olive oil, coconut oil, or any oil you prefer!
Arrange potato slices in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle on some salt to taste , and you may add seasonings that you like.
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes
Carefully turn the slices over and microwave again for another 2-3 minutes or until they start to brown and get crispy on the edges.
Remove from microwave and allow to cool completely.
