In case you’re tired of serving quiches always the same way, try these mini quiches recipe that I’ve tried myself a couple of days ago!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
In a covered frying pan ; steam 2 cups of Diced broccoli , 1/2 cup of multi-colored peppers and 1/2 cup of chopped onions with oil until cooked.
Blend veggies together, so they won’t be too chunky.
Insert even portions of veggies into the muffin holes , If desired top veggies with a sprinkle of Cheddar cheese
Mix 6 eggs in a bowl with desired seasonings and pour to the top of each muffin mold
Bake your mini quiches for 20mns
Et Voilà , Enjoy your meal!
