After I found out this recipe on myartsncraft , I tried it !
It was easy to make and its design pleased to people to whom it was served.
To make those puffy pastry and sausage roses you will need:
- Puff pastry
- Sausage slices
- 1 egg slightly beaten
Take some puff pastry and roll it flat .
Cut long strips of rolled puff pastry.
Roll sausage slices in the puff pastry strips as shown in the picture.( The longer the pastry length the larger the rose will be)
Pinch the end to prevent the rose from deforming.
Brush the roses with beaten egg and bake until light golden.
