1 kg cooked chicken
1 knob of butter
-For the bechamel:
30 g of flour
30 g of butter
1/3 liter of milk
How to make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6).
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Peel and slice the onion, then make it color for 5 minutes in a saucepan with the butter.
Add the chicken pieces. Pepper.
For the bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, then mix well.
Add the milk and mix over low heat until thickened.
Add the chicken mixture then pour into a gratin dish and cover with grated cheese.
