Enter to win one of 34 x one million PC Optimum points, simply by scanning your PC Optimum app.
To enter with purchase, simply scan your PC Optimum card using the PC Optimum App at the time of purchase of your eligible item(s).
To enter without making a purchase, on a plain piece of paper clearly print your full name, full address including postal code, daytime phone number, date of birth, your PC Optimum account number (which you can find by clicking on “Card” on the PC OptimumApp)and include an original, hand written essay between 100 and 250 words telling us “why you love Shoppers Drug Mart or Pharmaprix” and mail it in an envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Shoppers/Pharmaprix Scan Your App Contest, c/o Shoppers Drug Mart, 243 Consumers Rd, Toronto, Ontario M2J 4W8. Mail-in entries must be post-marked during the Contest Period and received prior to each Draw Date in order to be eligible for the respective prize draws. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.
