Our contests are administered by Canadian Savers and are in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook or the prize provider.
To be able to participate in our contests, you must connect via your Facebook account or by using a valid email.
To be eligible for our contests, you need to be a legal resident of Canada.
You must be 18 or above to be eligible for our contests.
No purchase is obligatory when it comes to participating and winning.
You can’t participate in a specific contest more than once. Upon participating in a contest, you are automatically in for a permanent entry. You can also receive additional entries by taking specific actions: How can I earn and use my points?. Once you have been selected as a “winner” of one of the prizes of a contest, you are no longer eligible for the other prizes of that same contest.
For each contest, a prize will be awarded to the winner(s) based on the total number of entries earned. Please note that Participants cannot “appeal”.
Once selected as a winner, you will be notified immediately upon selection of your offered prize -or posting of winners based on their number of entries- through an email, with a similar subject line “Congratulations, you have been selected as a winner for the “Contest Title” contest, then you will be kindly asked to confirm your full name, email address, phone number and picture for the winners’ wall. It is mandatory that you respond to the winning notification email within 48 hours from being contacted to claim your prize. Otherwise, another winner will be named to get the prize.
Prizes are usually mailed out to the winners the week after the close of a draw. In order to be able to receive their prizes, winners have to submit a valid mailing address when responding to the winner’s email. Note that there is a limit of one winner per mailing address.
Prizes should be accepted upon delivery, cannot be exchangeable or substituted for any other prize or for the cash value of the prize. Employees (and their immediate families) of the
Promoter and agencies associated with promotions are ineligible to enter.
All names of the winners will be announced on Canadian Savers’ website, Facebook page, and Instagram page.
Trademarks and logos that appear on our Website do not all belong to “Canadian Savers Company” but to their respective owners. “Canadian Savers” is totally independent and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with any manufacturer or retailer promoted on our Canadian Savers’ website.
It is obligatory that you use your own email address when subscribing. After subscription, you will need to enter using the same email address, full name, phone number, and home address that were used when subscribing. If there is any failure to give your proper email, the account holder will be considered the entrant eligible to win. In case the identity of the account holder is questionable, a proof may be required to make sure that he or she is the authorised account holder of the email address given at the time of entry.
By entering our contests, you grant Canadian Savers, its agents, and/or its representatives the permission to collect, store, and/or use and disclose any personal information you may have given to participate in the contest and that is in accordance with Canadian Savers’ Privacy Policy.
By entering the contest you agree that the promoter shall not be liable for any claim, loss, cost, tax, demand, liability or damage that may result from the entry.
“Canadian Savers” cannot be held responsible for any kind of technical errors such as omission, deletion, defect, delay, interruption in the operation, transmission or failure of any cable, telephone, mobile, satellite, or any other network used by the entrant when subscribing or entering a contest.
Canadian Savers can, at anytime, update, limit, or modify these terms and conditions. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to regularly check the Website for changes in our Terms and Conditions.
Canadian Savers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion in case of publication or/and administration accidents or any other type of errors without prior notice.
Every contest is subject to the application of the local laws and regulations. Decisions taken by Canadian Savers about compliance with the promotion’s terms and conditions will be final without right of appeal.
When participating in an ‘event contest’, the participant should agree to assist to the event. Failure in doing so (not assisting to the event) implies to a renunciation by the winner of the offered prize.
For contests organised by other brands on Canadian Savers website, participants may be asked to share the set of information communicated during participation to the contests launched with sponsored parties, including but not limited to names and email addresses. This method of participation will be notified at the time of entry to the contest.
For contests in which you need to subscribe to the newsletter to participate, your eligibility depends on your subscription. Failure to confirm your subscription will result in a cancellation of your prize claim. If it happens and you unsubscribe from the email list before the end of the contest, you will no longer be eligible to win.
