There are two ways to participate:

(a) Online Survey:

Make a purchase of any amount at a participating Walmart Canada store between February 1, 2024, and January 31, 2025.
Check your receipt for a survey invitation, as not all receipts will include one.
Keep your receipt and visit https://survey.walmart.ca within 14 days of the Visit Date printed on the receipt.
Enter the store number, TC number, and Visit Date from your receipt, along with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and age in the required fields.
Complete the survey and click the “submit” button.
The entry must be submitted within 14 days of the Visit Date or by January 31, 2025.

(b) Mail-in Entry:

Write your full name, mailing address, phone number, and age on a postcard and mail it with proper postage to: 2025 Walmart Canada Survey Sweepstake, 4104 Fairview Street Unit 227 Burlington, Ontario L7L 4Y8.

The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on January 31, 2025, however, mail-in entries will be accepted up to February 8, 2025 for the drawing on February 15, 2025
