DIY: Rasberry Pinwheel Pastries Recipe
Today I am glad to share with you one of the tastiest pastries I’ve ever made. It’s a puff pastry berry pinwheels. This is a very easy recipe that you can prepare at any time. Plus they are very cute and delicious. I made this recipe for a family event and everybody liked. Here are the ingredients for you to make these yummy berry pinwheels:
1) 1 package (17.3 ounces) Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
2) 1/2 cup raspberry jam
3) 2 Cups powdered sugar
4) 3 Tablespoons of melted butter
5) 1 Tsp vanilla and some milk
Before you start preheat your oven to 350°F.
Roll out each sheet of thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface into 16×8-inch rectangle. Then cut again into smaller squares (4-inch)
Fill the center of each pastry square with one tablespoon of jam.
After that make four cuts from the center toward the edge of each square and fold one corner from each piece you’ve cut into the center. Put them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Now place them in an oven for about 20 minutes (until they’re golden brown and puffed around the edges)
In a bowl, combine together the melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk to use for glazing.
Your last task is to apply the glaze to your pastries and let them cool for some time.
Voila, enjoy your yummy berry pinwheels!!
