The idea of making homemade goldifsh crackers may sound hard and impossible . But , in fact it’s easy cheesy!
Few ingredients are needed:
- 8 Ounces , weight sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
- 4TBSP butter , cut into cubes
- 1 Cup flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 TBSP coldwater
Combine verything but water in the food processor until dough resembles sand.
Pulse in water , 1 TBSP at a time
Remove dough from processor , wrap in plastic and chill for 20mns
Roll out the dough and cut in small fish shapes or any desired shape
Bake for 15mns at 350° F or until crispy
