Last weekend I came across this cute Mini frog Sandwich tutorial on Fabartdiy blog and had a blast preparing it with my kids!

At first, I thought it was hard to do , but actually, it’s one of the easiest recipes you can make and no doubts your kids will enjoy eating.

For the dough you will need : 200g bread flour , 50g flour, 2.5g instant dry yeast ,25g sugar, 3 / 4 tsp salt ,1 egg , 140g milk ,20g butter.

First mix all the dough ingredients together (except butter).  After that add also the butter and knead the dough in a warm place for one hour . Then begin dividing it into nine 45 g dough and nine 185 g dough (small balls).  Put the nine doughs into an oven pan on baking sheet and use scissors to poke the dough into two pits. Place the dough so you can form little frogs.

For the Surface decoration you will need one egg and a chocolate pen

For the Toppings : lettuce ,cheese slices ,ham and salad dressing.

Insert sharp little nest, made after the frog eye. Brush the surface with egg. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ and bake for 15 minutes. Let the “mini frogs”  cool and cut the mouth of the frog . Wash the lettuce and place it in the salad dressing then in the mouth of the frog, add to it one piece of cheese and ham. Make the eyes and nose using chocolate.

Your cute mini frogs sandwiches are ready!
