To prepare these cute mini tortilla crust pizzas, you’ll need
- 3 Old El Paso flour tortillas
- 1 can of Muir Glen pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozarella
- 3/4 cup of mini pepperoni
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Open the sauce can, empty it and rinse it. Use its cutting edge to cut 4 rounds from each tortilla.Press the rounds into a muffin tin.
Put one tablespoon of Muir Glen pizza sauce in the center of each round. Sprinkle cheese on top of the sauce. Add pepperoni rounds.
Bake in preheated oven for ten to twelve min then remove and cool.
Use a fork to transfet your pizzas from the tin to a plate.
