NO BAKE Melting chocolate and caramel Pies

- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g butter (for the dough)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 ml of liquid cream
- 1 chocolate bar
- 1 dozen dates
- 50 g oatmeal
- 50 g butter (for the caramel)
- 100 g of pecan
- 100 g of pretzel
In the robot place the pecan nuts, pretzels and oatmeal and reduce to a powder. Add the pitted dates and the butter and mix again. Reserve the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
To prepare the caramel, put the sugar in a pan over low heat. Once the sugar has melted and browned, add the butter, let it melt, then add the liquid cream and salt, and bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into a bowl to cool the caramel.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave. Place the caramel in a pastry bag.
In a muffin pan, spread out the previously prepared dough and press with a spoon to form a kind of pie background.
Add a dash of caramel in each mold, then add a spoonful of melted dark chocolate.
Refrigerate for one hour.
