To enter without purchase, on a plain piece of paper clearly print your full name, full address including postal code, daytime phone number, date of birth, and include an original, handwritten essay no more than 500 words, telling them “Why you love Azzaro fragrances” and mail it with sufficient postage to:

Automatically receive one entry into the Azzaro Most Wanted Contest when you purchase any participating Azzaro fragrance during the Contest Period at any participating Shoppers Drug Mart or Pharmaprix store or online at www.shoppersdrugmart.ca/beauty and present your valid PC Optimum Card at time of qualifying purchase.
Your email address will be used to identify you as a PC Optimum member. In order to be eligible to receive the PC Optimum points bonus points at the time of entry, you must provide the same e-mail address you registered with as a PC Optimum member and be the authorized account holder.
